Feasibility studies for new units and revamps :
Our application specialists can provide process studies and engineering solutions including equipment design to improve your plant performance with minimum investment cost. Our mechanical engineering specialists can provide customized revamp solutions to reduce turnaround time while maintaining plant integrity.
Engineering Packages :
GTI Solutions can provide complete basic engineering packages (BEP) to include conceptual process studies, PFDs, preliminary PIDs, main equipment sizing and control philosophy. We also offer plant optimization and performance validation studies.
Energy Savings :
GTI Solutions can provide various technologies including divided wall columns, azeotropic, extractive distillations, and liquid-liquid extraction solutions to reduce your plant energy consumptions while maximizing separation performance.

Equipment
Our company provides a complete range of mass transfer and separation internals. Our ISO-9001 & 14001 certified manufacturing location produces fractionation trays, packing, internals, mist eliminators, coalescers and all types of hardware including exotic material metallurgies. In addition to extensive range of products developed in-house, we also offer custom-made solutions designed according to client’s specifications and design.

GTI Solutions provides expedited replacement services for OEM and other equivalent equipment, site supervision and installation. We also provides troubleshooting, field assistance during plant commissioning and technical training at client site.
